Join the LEGO Brand Retail team as a Team Leader in the Flatiron District, NY. Motivate and inspire a high-performance team to deliver exceptional customer service and maximize sales.

Responsibilities

Maximize profitable sales through effective space management
Maintain the store graphics system focusing on customer service
Ensure all fixtures are replenished
Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising
Motivate and develop the team

Qualifications

Leadership experience in a retail environment
Experience in employee training and delivering feedback
Ability to drive sales and execute floor leadership
Cash handling and inventory management skills
Physical ability to stand and lift up to 30 lbs
