Strada is seeking a motivated Junior Global HR Business Partner to support a global HR team. This role will involve collaborating with HR leadership to deliver HR services across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

Support Global HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team
Assist in implementing compensation and benefits programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
Participate in global HR projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Experience in HR, preferably global environment
Strong understanding of HR principles and laws
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Strong organizational and project management skills
