Job Description

Join our team as a Virtual Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Representative in the Life Sciences and Healthcare industry. This role involves providing support to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using the Opus Health program.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals
  • Field requests regarding card activation, program eligibility, and troubleshooting submission rejections
  • Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means
  • Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues
  • Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certification
  • Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
