Job Description

The Mortgage Lending Systems Analyst role at TownTasks involves providing expertise in various Mortgage Lending Systems to support the credit union's mission, vision, and values. This position collaborates with business partners to ensure optimal functionality of the Loan Origination System.

Responsibilities

Serve as the secondary point of contact for escalated questions and issue resolution of all Mortgage software applications.
Collaborate with project managers and other business partners to address enhancement requests.
Create guidelines for consistent processes in building custom fields, documents, and data entry forms.
Develop and deploy reports to support Lending goals.

Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of System Administration experience with Encompass products or other Mortgage Loan Origination Systems.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail.
