Job Description

The Warehouse Support Manager is responsible for handling cash collection for various facilities in an assigned route and assumes full Commissary Warehouse Manager responsibilities when needed. Conducts full facility audits as assigned.

Responsibilities

Thorough understanding of best business practices and procedures
Improve labor efficiencies
Assist in processing applications and new hire packets
Implement policies for credits, damaged product, and returns
Assist with inventory control, cash pick-ups, and reconciliation
Establish and monitor security procedures
Prepare annual budget and analyze financial objectives
Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications

Must be able to travel 100% of the time
Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred
At least two (2) years of management experience in a commissary or food service environment
Previous experience with inventory distribution and control
Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and email skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
