Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Regional Sales Trainer for Spirits in Huntington Beach, California. The ideal candidate will lead the deployment and implementation of sales development programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills in the Spirits industry.

Responsibilities

Lead the deployment and implementation of sales development programs for Spirits
Facilitate virtual and in-person sales development classes
Identify and assess current and future sales organizational learning needs
Track, monitor, and report on key learning metrics
Provide subject matter expertise on key business initiatives
Evaluate and analyze the impact of Spirits sales training programs
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of related experience
2+ years of management experience
OR high school diploma and 8+ years of specific experience
4+ years of management experience
