Job Description

Join TownTasks as a Restaurant Leader responsible for strategic direction, maintaining operations standards, and driving results through people development, sales, and profit growth.

Responsibilities

Ensure overall financial success of the restaurant
Maintain restaurant compliance to company standards and laws
Hire, train, and develop management-level crewmembers
Manage cash handling and profit and loss statements
Enforce company policies and standards
Provide exemplary customer service and cleanliness of the restaurant
Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficient in technology systems including Microsoft Office
5+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be 18 years of age or older
