Job Description

Assist with daily activities of shipping department regarding materials movement, receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, order filling, and shipping printed products.

Responsibilities

Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipment and receipt of materials
Check goods against shipping documents and authorizations
Prepare bills of lading and shipping charges
Operate material handling equipment including forklifts
Communicate with customers, suppliers, and production

Qualifications

HS diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 2 years of administrative support in shipping/manufacturing
Basic technology knowledge including computers and software programs
Strong organizational and communication skills
