Job Description
Join Raytheon's Talent Management team to support Operations and Special Projects, working on key initiatives and processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute RTX and Raytheon initiatives
- Create executive level content for key processes and projects
- Develop and manage standard processes to advance team efficiency
- Manage short and long-term projects driven by business needs
- Develop content to share information with key stakeholders
- Ownership and delivery of first team cadence, content, and coordination
- Provide feedback on presentation content and transform requests into deliverables
Qualifications
- University degree with 8 years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
- 2+ years leading projects within HR or Talent Management
- Authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship
