Job Description

Join our team as a caregiver and provide essential assistance and support to residents in their daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents
  • Document daily log of assistance
  • Respect and encourage residents' independence and dignity
  • Maintain confidentiality of residents
  • Address concerns promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards residents, visitors, and colleagues

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in caregiving or related field
  • Compassionate and patient attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
