Job Description

Join Sikich as a Service Desk Associate providing technical support and management of end users, servers, and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-call resolution for customer issues
  • Efficiently triage, troubleshoot, and escalate end-user and infrastructure issues
  • Collaborate with Level 2 and Level 3 Consultants
  • Employ exceptional customer service skills
  • Accurately track time and document technical efforts
  • Contribute to service delivery process improvement
  • Maintain and expand technical skills through training
  • Participate in after-hours on-call support
  • Work remotely as part of the NOC Service Desk team

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in Managed Services
  • Experience with PSA and RMM toolsets
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and basic networking concepts
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in team and remote environments
