Responsibilities

Set shift/operating schedules with On-Site Manager
Recruit and develop employees
Ensure safety and HR policies are followed
Order supplies and maintain equipment
Assist with forklift duties
Track movements and maintain equipment
Load/unload materials and ensure quality standards
Perform financial data entry
Maintain clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred
High School diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Forklift certification
