Job Description

Join our team as a Bilingual HR Clerk to assist in the onboarding and day-to-day inquiries of our company's Attendants/Caregivers.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct pre-hire Background Checks and onboard 5-6 employees per day

2. Maintain accurate and complete personnel records; ensure that rules concerning confidentiality and retention are followed

3. Oversee and monitor the orientation process of new employees

Qualifications

1. Minimum of an associate's degree

2. One year in HR strongly preferred

3. Demonstrates an independent work style with non-direct supervision after training
