Job Description

The People Operations Specialist is responsible for providing support in day-to-day activities of People Operations and Talent Acquisition, as well as assisting Senior Leadership Team. This role also involves participating in special projects, events, and initiatives related to HR operations.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with the Manager of People Operations

- Assist in onboarding and off-boarding activities

- Prepare company-wide communications

- Analyze departmental data for insights

- Provide coaching on HR processes to employees

Qualifications

- 2-3 years of high-level administrative experience in HR or similar roles

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field

- Knowledge of state and federal employment laws

- Excellent communication skills

- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS
