Job Description

Join our team at First Steps Early Learning Center to provide a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for preschool children aged 6 weeks to 6 years.

Responsibilities

Caring for Children: Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.
Creating Lesson Plans: Developing curriculum that supports children's learning and development.
Engaging Children in Activities: Encouraging their interests and exposing them to new ways of thinking.
Setting Up the Classroom: Preparing the learning environment each day.
Supervising Playtime: Ensuring children play safely.
Serving Meals and Snacks: Meeting their nutritional needs.
Handling Behavioral Issues: Mediating conflicts and addressing behavioral challenges.
Maintaining Cleanliness and Sanitation: Keeping the daycare facility clean and sanitized.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
