Job Description

Join our team at Advanced Structural Technologies (AST) as a Packer responsible for preparing automotive and aerospace parts for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Pack finished parts into boxes, crates, and pallets.
Follow packing instructions and labeling requirements.
Work collaboratively with the packing team to meet goals.
Wrap and secure parts using appropriate materials.
Perform visual inspections and maintain cleanliness in the packing area.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1+ year of packing, shipping, or warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on feet throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and team collaboration skills.
Basic math and communication skills.
