Join PaulHood, a modern and proactive CPA firm, as a Staff Accountant III. Lead complex bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting assignments while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities

Mentor junior staff and answer questions or problem solve when needed
Reconcile bank accounts monthly and ensure accuracy and timeliness of client data
Provide strategic insights and collaborate with leadership on financial analysis
Engage with clients to understand needs and provide solutions
Identify process improvement opportunities and resolve complex accounting challenges

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required
At least three years of proven accounting experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
Excellent understanding of accounting practices and procedures
