CNH Industrial is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead warehouse operations in Lebanon, IN. Join us in advancing the noble work of agriculture and construction workers through Innovation, Sustainability, and Productivity.

Responsibilities

Assure products, parts or supplies are shipped, distributed, received, packaged and stored, according to established policies and procedures.
Supervise the creation and maintenance of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
Focus resources on continuous improvement of material movement through various distribution processes.
Coordinate delivery and shipment of parts to ensure quality and safety.
Develop risk assessment and contingency plans for supply-demand balance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of warehouse or production management experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of warehouse or production management experience.
