Job Description

TownTasks is seeking an Assistant HR Manager - Bilingual to join our team. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of human resources practices, processes, and personnel in a diverse and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the line managers with generalist advice
  • Reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures
  • Employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding
  • Interpretation of industrial tools, learning and development
  • Implementation of engagement and retention strategies
  • Handling contracts and site-based travel for dispute resolution

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Generalist HR experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to handle complex workforce matters independently
  • Understanding of full employee life cycle activities
