Job Description

Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Puyallup, WA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and logistics.

Responsibilities

Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training and providing professional development for all associates
Supervise and coordinate unloading, stocking, picking, and shipping of products
Ensure warehouse space is utilized effectively and maintained orderly
Confirm inventory integrity and conduct cycle counts
Maintain warehouse security and safety standards

Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
Material Handling Equipment Certification and valid Class CDL is a plus
Proficiency in OSHA and DOT regulations
Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and leadership skills
