Join our team as a Recruiter in Texas for a temporary role focused on full-cycle recruitment.

Collaborate with hiring managers to fill vacant positions efficiently.
Utilize job boards, social media, and other platforms to advertise openings.
Attend and represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and networking functions.
Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications.
Maintain detailed staffing reports and track applicant data.
Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Valid Texas Class ‘C’ driver’s license.
