Responsibilities

Create engaging customer interactions
Execute bookstore basics for presentation and localization
Hand sell key titles and engage customers in conversation
Stay updated on industry trends and books
Ensure store cleanliness and appealing displays
Assist with events and community outreach
Protect company assets and comply with policies

Qualifications

Passionate reader with book knowledge
Positive attitude and enjoy working with people
Ability to communicate effectively and solve problems
Physically able to work on the selling floor
