Job Description

Join our Advisory Board as a Talent/HR Advisor and provide strategic insights into HR and Talent Management to support our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in quarterly board meetings and provide monthly strategic counsel to the leadership team.
  • Act as an external sounding board for HR decisions and offer expertise on key HR challenges.
  • Advise on talent acquisition, employee experience, and organizational design for scalability.
  • Provide periodic feedback via email and text communication.

Qualifications

  • 20+ years of HR/Talent experience with expertise in people strategy and workforce planning.
  • Strong understanding of remote team management and best practices in professional services firms.
  • Proven track record in scaling teams, leadership development, and optimizing HR functions.
  • Experience with HR technologies, PEOs, and workforce analytics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a high-level advisory mindset.
