Join our team as a Janitor and contribute to creating clean and safe environments that enhance the experience of all who enter our facilities!

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and polishing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained.
Assist with residential painting projects as needed, contributing to the overall upkeep of facilities.
Maintain restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
Carry out industrial cleaning tasks in warehouses or manufacturing environments, adhering to safety protocols.
Execute custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are clean and presentable for staff and visitors.
Provide porter services by moving furniture or equipment as required for events or maintenance activities.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation is a plus.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is advantageous.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned duties within designated timeframes.
