Job Description

Join our team at Worldwide Flight Services as a Passenger Services Trainer providing safety, security, and procedural training for airport customer service agents.

Responsibilities

Provide safety, security, and procedural training for airport customer service agents. Monitor training records, instruct personnel on new procedures, safety and security policies, and conduct audits. Update training manuals and SOPs as required.

Qualifications

Knowledgeable in Federal Air Regulations, 2 years of customer service experience, leadership qualities, strong communication skills, fluency in English, computer systems knowledge.
