  • Maintain budgeted food cost
  • Write weekly kitchen schedules
  • Manage shifts to meet labor standards

Qualifications

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Minimum 1 year experience in culinary management
  • Minimum 21 years or older
  • Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds
  • Exposure to kitchen environment
