Job Description

Join Fedcap Inc. in NYC as a Finance Specialist responsible for financial transactions, compliance, audits, and internal operations.

Responsibilities

Validate financial claims for compliance
Analyze financial activities
Resolve compliance and data integrity issues
Monitor fund accounts
Provide excellent communications and support
Perform billing functions
Manage credit and collection activities
Review and submit accounts payable invoices
Negotiate rates with vendors
Maintain vendor relationships
Prepare annual program budget
Ensure compliance with regulations
Maintain accurate financial documentation
Create ad hoc reports
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Masters/CPA in progress
2-4 years of accounting/auditing experience
Ability to meet deadlines
Make suggestions based on analysis
