Job Description

TownTasks is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support day-to-day HR functions and ensure smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employees regarding policies, benefits, hiring processes, and other HR matters.

Process payroll accurately and timely.

Lead the onboarding process for new employees.

Assist in planning and executing company events.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor?s degree preferred.

At least 3 years of human resources experience, 2 years of experience with payroll processing required.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Self-motivated and proactive with ability to work autonomously.
