Responsibilities

Provide janitorial services for multiple buildings on the Arsenal Complex
Clean offices, restrooms, lobbies, break rooms, and more
Perform carpet and floor care duties
Identify and communicate potential maintenance issues

Qualifications

1+ years of custodial work experience
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and chemical application
Ability to operate janitorial equipment
Attention to detail and ability to work under little supervision
