Job Description

Wesco is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator to perform Operations Coordination for the operations team in Kent, WA. This role involves analyzing data, precise measurements, problem-solving, and communication with the public.

Responsibilities

Support the local operations team with coordinated efforts specific to the location
Coordinate with carriers, managers, and supervisors to align employees and workflow to meet customer commitments
Manage daily order and task production in the warehouse management system
Ensure all 'must ship today' orders are processed according to shipping commitments

Qualifications

High School Degree or Equivalent
3+ years of order management experience in a warehouse or production environment
Strong communication skills
1 year of operational or administrative experience preferred
Knowledge of warehouse and order management systems
