Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as an Employee Experience & Impact Specialist, where you will drive engagement initiatives, manage employee programs, and analyze workforce data to enhance the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) alignment with company goals.
  • Coordinate logistics for various employee programs and events.
  • Assist in facilitating the DEI task force and mentorship programs.
  • Collect and analyze workforce metrics for talent retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with external organizations to expand outreach and impact.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Employee Experience, DEI, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, high-growth environment.
  • Experience with HR systems and analytics tools is a plus.
