Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as an Employee Experience & Impact Specialist, where you will drive engagement initiatives, manage employee programs, and analyze workforce data to enhance the overall employee experience.

Responsibilities

Support Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) alignment with company goals.
Coordinate logistics for various employee programs and events.
Assist in facilitating the DEI task force and mentorship programs.
Collect and analyze workforce metrics for talent retention strategies.
Collaborate with external organizations to expand outreach and impact.

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience in Employee Experience, DEI, or related fields.
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
Comfortable working in a remote-first, high-growth environment.
Experience with HR systems and analytics tools is a plus.
