Job Description

As a Campaign Operations Associate, you will be responsible for managing the life cycle of campaigns including campaign set-up, QA, and daily optimizations. You will collaborate closely with the Account Management team to meet client needs and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage ad campaigns, from insertion order through set-up and delivery
  • Analyze large amounts of data and translate into actionable items
  • Optimize performance KPI objectives using proprietary platform
  • Work with Account Management and Technology teams to achieve client goals
  • Develop solutions to problems collaboratively
  • Anticipate customer and advertiser needs to drive decision-making
  • Conduct post-mortems on campaigns
  • Support creation and improvement of operational processes

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital ad operations or QA
  • Knowledge of CTV / OTT advertising a plus
  • Experience in video advertising with a premium publisher or agency
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of video streaming and ad serving ecosystem
