Responsibilities

Maintain organized hiring space and provide a welcoming environment
Review applications, source, screen, interview, hire, and onboard candidates
Complete new hire paperwork and ensure compliance
Conduct professional interviews and extend job offers
Educate new hires on company policies and procedures
Lead local compliance with regulations and provide HR support
Maintain reports, metrics, and community partnerships

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year of experience in hiring process
Valid US Driver's License
Ability to travel within assigned territory
Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
