Job Description

Join our team at Horizon Media as an Out-of-Home (OOH) Supervisor to lead strategic planning, negotiation, account maintenance, relationship development, training, and supervision in the media industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and present strategically focused plans and recommendations
Write department POVs on new opportunities and seek new trends
Oversee stewardship of OOH media plans
Negotiate OOH media buys and teach negotiation strategies
Maintain client documents and ensure clear communication
Stay current with industry advancements and technology
Manage team bandwidth, delegate assignments, and provide education on best practices
Participate in interview process for junior team member roles

Qualifications

BA/BS Degree or relevant work experience
4-5 years media planning and buying experience
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
