Job Description

Join us as a Lead Service Associate at TownTasks to contribute to improving Health and Wellness in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks.
  • Assist customers with shopping needs and transactions.
  • Manage merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram.
  • Count and reconcile cash register drawers.
  • Prepare deposits and order change from the bank.
  • Ensure store inventory is inspected and rotated appropriately.
  • Design monthly schedules and assign work for an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in retail or customer service industry.
  • Experience at a supervisor level preferred.
