Job Description

Join us as a Lead Service Associate at TownTasks to contribute to improving Health and Wellness in the community.

Responsibilities

Supervise and assist Store Associates with daily operational tasks.
Assist customers with shopping needs and transactions.
Manage merchandising tasks via plan-o-gram.
Count and reconcile cash register drawers.
Prepare deposits and order change from the bank.
Ensure store inventory is inspected and rotated appropriately.
Design monthly schedules and assign work for an efficient workflow.

Qualifications

H.S. Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in retail or customer service industry.
Experience at a supervisor level preferred.
