Join our team as a Virtual Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Representative in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. Provide essential support to patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals while working remotely.
Serve as the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals utilizing an Opus Health program
Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means
Assess user issues and deliver first-level support for problem resolution
Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
Work a 40-hour weekly shift from 11:00 AM EST to 8:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT under moderate supervision
High School Diploma or equivalent
Pharmacy Technician experience required
Must be HIPAA certified
Minimum of 3 years of call center experience
Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
