Job Description

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate the performance of workers and take appropriate actions.
Prepare production or sales reports for management.
Act as a contact person for employees with complaints or requests.
Act as a mentor and encourage workers to set goals.

Qualifications

1-3 years of supervisory experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage and motivate a team.
