Job Description

The Client Representative Intake Specialist oversees daily office staff functions and ensures clients are screened and scheduled for services. This position reports to the Client Representative Supervisor and Manager of Clinical Services.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office staff functions including answering phones, client paperwork, collecting payments, and client scheduling
Screen clients for victim responses and schedule assessments
Participate in performance quality improvement process
Assist with compensation for clients when necessary

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Proficiency in Windows-based programs
Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
Completion of ACT Service Training within the first two weeks of employment
