Job Description

As a Concessions Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our hourly team members to provide a warm welcome and delicious food to our guests. The ideal candidate will be an experienced operations leader who is focused on people and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure all stations are set up and ready for events
Support recruitment and training of team members
Supervise operations during the event and troubleshoot where needed
Work with colleagues to improve operational performance
Engage in processes for loss prevention
Support other departments as needed

Qualifications

Associate's Degree preferred
Two to four years fine dining restaurant management experience
High level of computer literacy
Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
