Join our team as a Recruiter and help attract top talent to enhance our workforce. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels.
Conduct internal recruiting by collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate applications and streamline the hiring process.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and fit for the organization.
Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process while maintaining strong candidate relationships.
Provide support during the onboarding process and ensure new hires feel welcomed.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide updates on hiring metrics to management.
Engage in employee evaluation processes to identify potential talent within the organization.
Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.
Familiarity with social media platforms for recruiting purposes is essential.
Strong relationship management skills with an ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Experience using ATS systems such as Workday or iCIMS is highly desirable.
Knowledge of employee relations practices and principles is a plus.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win situations.
