Job Description

Join our vibrant team at Homesense, part of the TJX Companies, and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store organization, and supporting various store operations.

Responsibilities

Role model customer service practices internally and externally
Maintain store culture of honesty, integrity, and respect
Process customer purchases and returns accurately
Promote credit and loyalty programs
Maintain merchandising standards
Prepare merchandise for the sales floor
Participate in store recovery and cleanliness
Provide and accept feedback
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Support store shrink reduction goals
Ensure safety awareness and a safe environment
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Flexible schedule availability
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
Capable of lifting heavy objects
Effective teamwork
Previous retail experience preferred
