The Senior Recruiter is responsible for recruiting, screening, and recommending the placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods. Acts as the primary interface for the client with the talent market and is the liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
Develop new business opportunities with key clients. Monitor open jobs and source candidates continuously. Conduct all due diligence required for job openings. Collaborate with the Sourcing team to verify sourcing strategy. Manage relationships with clients and candidates. Identify and contact quality candidates. Interview, assess, and present candidates to clients. Maintain the ATS and document all relevant updates.
Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of agency recruiting experience. Leadership skills, strong communication, time management, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
