Exciting opportunity for a Vice President in the Financial Sponsors Group supporting large-cap and mid-cap private equity clients. Join a leading investment banking franchise providing capital markets and financial advisory services globally.

Responsibilities

Develop transaction ideas and discuss with senior team members
Generate revenue in all product areas and execute transactions
Demonstrate market/industry/product knowledge
Create high impact presentations
Maintain client relationships and keep them informed
Lead and develop junior staff

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Series 79 and 63 certifications
5-7 years of relevant experience
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities and work in a team
Leadership qualities with integrity
