Job Description

The Lead Store Associate assists store management in driving sales and results while upholding company values. Responsible for in-store customer experience, inventory management, omni activities, and cashwrap efficiency.

Responsibilities

Maintain In-Store Experience by modeling CEL behaviors and responding to customer requests
Supervise inventory management activities including freight receipt and placement
Train and provide feedback to associates

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail experience
High school graduate or equivalent
