Job Description

The Inventory Coordinator position at TownTasks involves performing inventory control functions within the warehouse, including auditing, supporting, and movement of inventories. The role requires managing inventory integrity across multiple storage locations, coordinating inventory transactions, and improving efficiencies while maintaining Inventory Integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately perform inventory processes such as transfers, work orders, kitting, and cycle counts.
  • Perform data entry, identify variances, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Participate in audits and monitor non-compliant listings.
  • Ensure appropriate storage of inventory and process return orders.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve inventory issues and make process improvements.
  • Provide support for implementing process improvements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in warehousing/distribution with inventory control emphasis preferred.
  • Mandatory overtime hours may be required.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and operate material handling equipment.
  • Preferred skills include working knowledge of WMi and SAP systems, proficiency in MS Excel, and excellent organizational skills.
