Job Description

Cadent is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, Salesforce CPQ, business processes, and a proven track record of translating business needs into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain key documentation regarding policies, sales processes, billing processes, and requirements gathering
  • Apply data cleansing techniques to improve data quality within Salesforce database
  • Serve as Tier 1 support in Incident Management System within JIRA
  • Capture meeting minutes and gather requirements for new requests or process changes
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers for future sprints
  • Assist in QA testing efforts and post-production testing
  • Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements through end user training and documentation

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of analytical and problem-solving experience in sales operations or project management
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADMIN201)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bonus:
  • BA/BS degree in technical or business-oriented field
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ
  • Experience with JIRA and Agile methodology
  • Experience in Ad-Tech industry a plus
