Join our team as a Remote Work and Family Life Supervisor in the Medical and Security Risk Management Industry. You will have the opportunity to support military families and service members by providing educational and support programs to enhance deployment and mission readiness.
Provide educational and support programs to enhance deployment and mission readiness for service members and their families
Conduct outreach efforts aimed at at-risk groups, including first-term service members and single parents
Develop and distribute deployment materials and checklists to relevant commands
Facilitate training and workshops for Command Family Readiness Groups on various topics related to military life
Ensure accurate documentation of services delivered in the scheduling module of FFSMIS
Master’s degree in adult education, social science, or related field, or six years of equivalent experience
At least two years of experience managing and coordinating multiple-site adult educational or social service programs
Demonstrated ability to make presentations and facilitate training for groups
Professional knowledge of social services and education delivery systems
Strong oral and written communication, assessment, and advocacy skills
