Job Description

Join TownTasks as a Managed Services HR & Payroll Specialist to provide HR advising, payroll processing, and client support for multi-state clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advising to multi-state clients on HR policies and procedures
  • Offer guidance on recruitment, employee relations, training, legal compliance, etc.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
  • Learn and utilize Wurk's Managed Services platform for payroll processing
  • Manage client payrolls and provide ongoing support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant HR experience
  • 2-4 years of HR experience
  • 2+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Knowledge of HRIS and labor laws
