Job Description

Company is looking for a strong candidate for the day-to-day logistics operations & warehousing activities for the ES Projects and Service group in the USA. This is a fast-paced job with many variables where you will work directly with various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the receiving, storing, consolidating, picking, staging and distribution of materials required for projects and sales orders.
  • Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another.
  • Physically and systemically receive and issue material requisitions from internal and external departments.
  • Create, monitor and timely resolve material that requires Non Conformance Reporting and Quarantine process.
  • Arrange domestic and international shipments by various multimodal transports.
  • Create and maintain transactional inventory records.
  • Maintain accurate files of packing and shipping activity.
  • Communicate and notify appropriate personnel of shipping inventory discrepancies.
  • Fill orders and deliver to stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain stocking inventory objectives.
  • Quantify and verify cycle count.
  • Assist in training new hires.
  • Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or local equivalent.
  • 3-5 years' experience in storing and material handling.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the use of SAP.
  • Forklift license with minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar industry.
  • Demonstrate ability to read, write and speak in local language.
  • Proficient in basic mathematics.
  • Ability to communicate well and work with others.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Ability to consistently lift.
  • Skilled in forklift driving to pick up totes, drums and pails.
