Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist at QuVa and be responsible for administering various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel. This role involves supporting benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

Administer human resource plans and procedures
Support benefits administration and compensation program
Conduct recruitment efforts for all personnel
Handle employee relations counseling and exit interviewing
Maintain compliance with employment laws

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
3-5 years of HR experience
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
